Private AI Sessions

Revolutionizing Collaboration with Private AI Sessions

A radical shift in my daily communication has been the introduction of private AI sessions to collaborate on documents. Unlike traditional methods of emailing back and forth, now I upload documents into a private session with my AI assistant, ChatGPT. This innovative approach was highlighted in a recent interaction with Bob, a colleague.

When Bob sent me a legal agreement for review, instead of replying to the email as I had done all my life, I uploaded the document into a private AI session. I then invited Bob to this session by texting him a link. Now, Bob not only could see my response but, in a game-changing twist, he could ask my AI assistant questions anytime, day or night, until I ended the session.

This process represents a new frontier in collaboration, making artificial intelligence an accessible co-contributor. It enhances the conventional collaboration model, providing on-demand access to AI-powered insights. By inviting others into a private AI session, I can share not just my thoughts but also offer the opportunity to engage directly with artificial intelligence, transforming the way we share, analyze, and work together.
