John Rector solves the Minority Report Problem

Fractal City series. Backdrop design of three dimensional fractal structures and lights to provide supporting element for illustrations on technology, communications, education and science
Fractal City series.

In Minority Report he solved the crime of murder by arresting the perpetrators PRIOR to the actual crime.  Obviously there is an inherent flaw in this wishful model.  I solved the problem.  We arrest AFTER.  Hold on.  Follow me.  I know that sounds weird, but watch what happens. . .

Everyone at birth is also digitally registered.  You may have aliases, but you are you.  In any tribe of 300 of more there is always a criminal element.  EVERYONE is registered.  Everyone!

SO! Anyway, He’s thinking murder or rape or theft or whatever.  He’s thinking it anyway.  God bless his soul.  HE CAN’T GET AWAY WITH IT!  If he breaks and enters . . . a camera identifies him and the po-po is there in a few heartbeats.

CRIME DROPS 90% AT LEAST!

The secret sauce to this futuristic model is that WE don’t feel our privacy is violated.  NO!  That WE KNOW our privacy is not violated.  I already know more about you than you know about you.  Let’s take this next leap together.

You can thank me later 🙂
