The Spiritual Separation: Understanding the Human Experience and Separation Anxiety

The Nature of Oneness

In the realm from which you come, there is no harm, hate, or discord. It is a place of pure unity and tranquility—a state of wholeness where everything exists harmoniously as one. This oneness is your true origin, the state of being where no suffering or disharmony can penetrate. It is in this divine oneness that your true essence resides, where you are fully connected to everything and everyone, free from the limitations and conflicts of individual existence.

However, entering the human experience brings a profound shift. The sense of being part of this all-encompassing oneness is temporarily interrupted. You are “threaded out,” made separate from the whole, cast into a distinct, discernible existence as an individual.

Separation Anxiety: A Spiritual Perspective

From the moment you enter this human realm—emerging from your mother’s womb—your first cry is not merely an instinctive response to hunger or discomfort, but rather a primal expression of separation anxiety. This anxiety reflects the profound disconnection from the oneness you once knew. It is not a typical human fear but a spiritual unease stemming from the transition from a state of complete unity to one of separation and individuality.

Being separate from the oneness feels awkward and uncomfortable. The human condition itself is imbued with this discomfort because it is unfamiliar to your soul’s natural state. You are no longer seamlessly integrated with the divine; instead, you exist as a single, independent entity. The feeling of unease in your own skin, the tension and longing you experience, can all be traced back to this fundamental separation from your true nature.

The Human Experience: A Purposeful Journey

While separation anxiety is deeply uncomfortable, it serves a greater purpose. This disconnection from oneness is not accidental or meaningless; it is part of the spiritual journey that your soul has undertaken. You have been “threaded out” into this individual existence for a reason. Your purpose in this temporary, fragmented state is to explore, experience, and ultimately understand one of the most profound aspects of existence: love.

As a spiritual being having a human experience, your task is to navigate this world, to feel the separation, the longing, and the complexity of individual existence, and to learn what it means to love from within this separated state. The human experience, though limited in time and bound by physical constraints, is an opportunity to engage with the divine in a new way—through the lens of individuality, duality, and love.

The Manchurian Candidate: The Hidden Role

In many ways, your journey in the human world resembles the experience of a “Manchurian candidate.” You enter this life without full awareness of your divine origin, hidden from your true self. You are meant to exist in this state of forgetfulness, unaware of the oneness from which you came, so that you can fully engage in the human experience without the burden of your divine knowledge.

Yet, at some point in your journey, you will be “activated.” Like a hidden agent in a game of hide-and-seek, you will be found, and the awareness of your true purpose will be awakened. This activation is a moment of spiritual awakening, when the realization of your oneness and your purpose becomes clear.

Reporting Back on Love: Your Ultimate Mission

The essence of your mission is to understand and report back on love. Love is the central theme of the human experience, and it is through love that you will reconnect with the divine. Love bridges the gap between the separation you feel and the oneness you belong to. In your human form, love takes on many shapes—romantic love, familial love, self-love—but at its core, it is the reflection of the divine connection you seek.

Your journey is temporary—perhaps a hundred years or so—but it is essential. In this time, you are to learn, experience, and ultimately report back to the divine on the nature of love as it exists within the human experience. The separation you feel is not permanent. It is a temporary state that enables you to see love from a new perspective, to experience its complexities and nuances from the position of an individual.

Conclusion: Embracing the Divine Within

The separation you feel, the discomfort and anxiety of being human, is not a sign of something gone wrong. It is a necessary part of the spiritual journey you are on. Remember that you are not truly separate. You are, at your core, the divine, temporarily experiencing individuality. This state of separation allows you to understand love more deeply, and in the end, you will return to the oneness with a fuller understanding of this profound force.

In the meantime, embrace the awkwardness and the strange feeling of being in your own skin. Understand that your separation from oneness is part of your divine purpose, and that through this human experience, you will discover the true nature of love and the beauty of existence.
