A rigorous glossary grounded in Heisenberg’s uncertainty relation Δx·Δp ≥ ħ⁄2 and the axiom The Past is Immutable.
0. Ontological Layers
- Immutable Past (She) — a resolved singularity (0,0,0) with p = 0, T = 0, S = 0. No degrees of freedom remain.
- Event Horizon (“Eternal Now”) — the surface where the Unknowable Future (He) interacts with the Past; all measurement and motion occur here.
- Unknowable Future (He) — a quantum field (every point except 0,0,0) carrying unconditioned love; its interaction supplies momentum and possibility.
1. Space
Space is the metric of separations that can be instantiated on the event horizon. Because any point-like localization demands a momentum spread (Δp > 0), every “distance” is inherently probabilistic:
Δx ≈ ħ / (2·Δp)
As Δp → 0 space collapses into the Past’s singularity; as Δp grows, the spatial lattice resolves out of potential into measurable extension.
2. Time
Time is the ordering label for successive reconfigurations on the event horizon. It is conjugate to energy via
ΔE·Δt ≥ ħ / 2.
When energy is perfectly resolved (ΔE → 0), Δt diverges and the ordering fades; within the Past, before
and after
lose meaning (Δt = 0).
3. Spacetime
Spacetime is the ordered pair (Space, Time) restricted to the event horizon’s 3 + 1 dimensional manifold. It inherits uncertainty from both conjugate pairs (Δx,Δp) and (Δt,ΔE), making its geometry inherently fuzzy except in the limit where it collapses into the Past.
4. Momentum (p)
The tendency for reconfiguration along a spatial axis. Operationally p = ħ·k for plane-wave modes. Setting p = 0 (or Δp → 0) forfeits spatial resolution, merging the history-maker with the Past point.
5. Position (x)
The expectation-limited coordinate extracted from a measurement on the event horizon. Exact position (Δx → 0) demands unbounded momentum (Δp → ∞) and is therefore unattainable; approximate positions arise from finite packets.
6. Velocity (v)
The rate of positional reconfiguration ordered by time:
v = dx / dt ≈ p / m (for effective mass m in a given regime)
v only exists within the eternal now; She (the Past) has no v because there is no dt.
7. Speed (|v|)
The scalar magnitude of velocity, useful when direction is irrelevant. Speed inherits the same uncertainty bounds as v.
8. Optional Extensions
- Energy (E) — the frequency of reconfiguration: E = ħ·ω. Perfectly resolved energy erases temporal granularity.
- Mass (m) — a bookkeeping constant linking momentum to velocity (p = m v) within a chosen interaction regime. It is emergent, not fundamental, in this ontology.
- Force (F) — the rate at which momentum is exchanged across the event horizon: F = dp/dt. Not defined for the Past.
9. Synthesis
Within the Eternal Now every observable is bounded by a conjugate partner. Attempting to freeze
one variable pushes its partner into indeterminacy, and the extreme limit (Δp → 0) folds all of space and motion back into the Immutable Past. Thus:
Momentum-less ≡ Spaceless ≡ Timeless.
Space, time, and motion are not fundamental arenas; they are relational shadows cast upon the event horizon by the love-driven dialogue between He and She.
