Winning SEWE

Ladies and gentlemen,

I am deeply honored and humbled to be standing here tonight as the winner of the 2023 Southeastern Wildlife Expo. I am so grateful to the judges for recognizing my watercolor painting “Bambi” and for giving me this incredible opportunity to share my passion for wildlife art with all of you.

As an artist, I have always been inspired by the beauty and diversity of the natural world, and I have dedicated my life to capturing its wonders in my paintings. “Bambi” is a reflection of this lifelong pursuit, a celebration of the delicate and graceful nature of these magnificent animals. Through my painting, I have tried to convey the majesty of the deer, as well as the innocence and vulnerability that is so characteristic of fawns.

I would like to take this moment to thank the Southeastern Wildlife Expo for providing such a wonderful platform for artists to showcase their work and for promoting the conservation and preservation of our wildlife. It is an honor to be a part of this event and to contribute to the important mission of preserving our natural heritage for future generations.

I would also like to thank my family and friends for their unwavering support and encouragement, and for always believing in my artistic vision. Their love and support has been my greatest inspiration and motivation throughout my career.

Finally, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you, the viewers and art lovers who have supported and appreciated my work. It is an incredible privilege to share my paintings with you and to be able to communicate my passion for the natural world through my art.

Thank you all once again for this incredible honor, and I look forward to continuing to create beautiful and meaningful art that captures the essence of our wonderful planet.
