Here’s how uberPrint works. WiFi printers in residential and commercial spaces can register their printers with an app called uberPrint. As YOU go about your busy busy lives far and near, you can PRINT a document to the closest registered printer from your phone, watch or tablet. The printer prints. The owner of said printer gets a immediate notification. The “owner” can see where you are located. Owner takes the printed materials from the printer and meets you on a designated curb (for security reasons) within minutes. uberPrint then automatically bills the consumer and pays the owner.
The owner can specify how many pages are allowed. The owner can specify a price per page. The owner can specify B&W or color and paper stock.
Unlike Uber, the consumer can browse which printer they prefer. Like Uber, they can schedule a “pickup” at a future date and time.
