Here’s our how our proven roadmap to marketing your event works:
Call Mr. John Rector at 843-327-6008 to begin discussing your event at least 16 days prior to your event.
Review our event marketing plan designed specifically for your event. Our plan will include 3 sections:
- Pre-event marketing & advertising activities
- During-event marketing activities
- Post-event activities and follow-ups
Pick and choose which activities you wish for us to perform. Agree on a price. Discuss financing options. Pay a non-refundable deposit.
NOTE: If you elect to finance our services (pay for the elected activities AFTER the close of the event) you also need to pay the non-refundable financing application fee.
Provide us with the logos (yours and your sponsors), images, videos, posters, copy, terms and any other relevant digital media in the format agreed upon in Step 2.
Assuming you are paying for services rendered PRIOR to the event, simply pay per the payment schedule agreed to in Step 2. If you are paying AFTER the event, you are required to sign a legal document for each service that we provide prior to initiation of said service.
Review and approve all marketing materials we create for your event.
We will build, load, launch, monitor and continuously adjust your digital marketing and advertising content modules within this campaign. Your audience will begin to interact with these content modules that we publish on your behalf. Your audience will have questions. We will answer those questions BUT will require a timely response from you in order to respond in a timely manner to questions that we don’t know the answers.
Pay the BALANCE DUE no later than 10 days after the close of your event.
